These terms govern your use of Invoice Generator (the "tool"). By using the tool, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the tool.
Invoice Generator is a free, browser-based tool for creating and downloading invoice documents as PDFs. It runs entirely client-side: there is no account system, and no invoice data is transmitted to or stored on any server operated by us.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of any invoice you create with this tool, including amounts, tax calculations, business information, and compliance with any laws or regulations that apply to your business, location, or industry. The tool performs basic arithmetic (subtotal, discount, tax, total) but does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice, and we make no guarantee that a given invoice satisfies the requirements of any specific jurisdiction.
The tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every browser or device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tool — including but not limited to lost income, lost data, or disputes arising from invoices generated using the tool.
You agree not to use the tool to create fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal documents, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the site's infrastructure.
The tool's code, design, and content on this site belong to Invoice Generator, except for third-party open-source components (such as the jsPDF library) which remain governed by their own licenses. Any invoice content you create — your business details, client details, and line items — belongs entirely to you.
We may update the tool or these terms at any time. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
